PRE-CONSTRUCTION
One of the most critical parts of the building process - good planning ultimately leads to the best possible outcome. We review design, construct-ability and preliminary budgeting. A beautiful design has to actually be buildable and pencil its investment. And while conceptual estimates are NOT a final, hard price - they do offer our clients an idea of its financial commitment. It helps you plan the future and assess your vision’s viability. In other words, can we do this? From there, accurate/final estimates will require detailed and completed drawings from your design team - a service we can help you outsource to a group of professionals that will fit your needs best.
ON-GOING MAINTENANCE
On our larger projects that require upkeep, we offer on-going maintenance services that help keep your project refined, efficient and functional. We take care of your asset, and can modify it as your needs change. From minor repairs and preventative maintenance, to expansion and remodels, we stay with you long-term. With on-going maintenance, our staff can spot and prevent future issues, make systems more effect as you expand, and prevent major capital repairs. Growth happens. And it’s good. DESIGN-BUILD
