DEAR IRENE
Located in downtown Bend, Dear Irene is a cosmopolitan bar and restaurant. Designed with an elegant and jewel-toned aesthetic, it exudes a speakeasy elegance. Inside one of Bend's historic buildings, its renovation required a thoughtful approach and careful planning. But with creative ideas and an enthusiasm for all things delicious, Dear Irene is now one of the city's most romantic, eclectic and sophisticated hang outs.
JEWELl ELEMENTARY
When the Bend La-Pine school district needed to remodel its existing primary school to help accommodate its growing roster of students, Kellcon stepped in to make it happen. The entire school cafeteria, bathrooms and kitchen were reconfigured into a new add-on. The project spanned approx. 5000 square feet of new space that melds beautifully into the existing school.
BONTA GELATO
A Bend institution, Kellcon is proud to have helped this local company expand its offerings to the west side of the city on Galveston Ave. Bonta's new owners wanted to rebrand and reimagine the sweet treat. With a lot of modern creativity, a tight timeline for construction and budget to meet, its new location was born in time for the warm weather of Central Oregon. Built with custom features and fun colors, Bonta's new/2nd location is the center of summer on the west side of Bend!
VIAGGIO WINE
MERCHANt
Light, bright and inviting, Viaggio is the place to learn about and buy incredible, curated wines. Built with an inviting feel on Bend's west side, this TI project is a cornerstone business in the Westside Yard shopping center. Kellcon worked hard to help its owner design a space that inspired wine drinkers any time of day whether at lunchtime with girlfriends, a casual business rendezvous or a romantic evening with your loved one. Simple materials, but with intelligent design makes this project budget friendly but timeless and elegant.
Flamingo room
When the Flamingo Room's owners came to us with a crazy idea? We jumped on the chance to do something unique! The Flamingo Room on Bend's west side is just that - a eclectic, spontaneous, colorful and upbeat bar. Live plants hanging from the ceiling and a hot pink bar give this place the personality its brand exudes. The Flamingo Room is proof that creativity, trust and a fun approach to building can make even the most simple spaces stand out!
East End Shopping center
The East End Shopping center on Neff Road is a ground-up project that has completely revitalized the St Charles Hospital region. Comparable to a "strip mall," but with 10 times the character and charm, it has 4 new local restaurants and multiple local service providers. It has helped grow this area into a hopping retail location that serves not only hospital employees, but all the residents in the surrounding areas. Since its completion, the food cart lot "On Tap," and other businesses have moved into this thriving, and charming area.

A modern mountain farmhouse, this custom 4300 sq ft home on Bend's west side won more than a dozen awards in the 2021 COBA Tour of Homes - including Best of Show. Designed to showcase gorgeous seven peak mountain views while keeping a farmhouse aesthetic, its construction includes detailed mill work, creative spaces for storage, a greenhouse, multiple water features, outdoor entertainment, chef's kitchen, unique entertainment space, an enviable garage, efficient primary suite, multiple hidden doors, and an open layout.
DOWNTOWN APARTMENT RESTORATION
An incredibly unique and challenging project, this owner came to us with an idea to convert a 100+ year old, top floor space into a beautiful vacation apartment. Needing a full restoration and not knowing what we'd find inside such a relic of a space, the end result is nothing short of magnificent. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen, this apartment is a modern, sophisticated loft in the middle of downtown Bend.
CALDERA SPRINGS
A stunning and classic Bend design, this Caldera Springs project oozes mountain living. Rich in color and texture, it features Earthen Claylin and Micro Cement flooring, along with Tadelakt plaster walls, lime wash paint and showers. This family wanted the quintessential Bend home that is so popular in our western, mountain-lifestyle neighborhoods.
